Jorge is on the case! Fast turn around and he really seems to have “the magic touch!” Price is fair for an in-house service visit. Would recommend. I hired Jorge Lale to fix my computer in May of 2012. I forget how I learned about his services, but I was lucky to have hired him as he is very good at what he does. He fixed my computer at a reasonable cost and I was good to go. Just recently I experienced another problem with my computer. My computer wouldn’t send a print message to my office network printer and I wasn’t able to print any of my work. I called Jorge to explain my problem and to make an appointment to have him fix my computer. Well, he walked me through a few diagnostic procedures over the phone before he was going to come to my office for the repair, as he felt it was something he could fix over the phone. We eventually made the correction to my computer and it works just fine now. He wished me good luck and didn’t charge me for his time. I told him that I didn’t expect him to work for free as that is how he makes his living. He stated that I was a previous customer of his and that his recent repair was a token of his appreciation for my customer loyalty. I thanked him again and told him that when I find good people in any field, I stick with them. It is hard to find good people to do anything nowadays and even harder to find someone just to return my telephone calls. I felt compelled to write this review for Jorge as he he a very good computer tech. and a very nice person too! Again, Thank you Jorge!
