He came out and corrected that problem and that began an odyssey of repairs and data recovery requests. My old 2010 gaming computer now FLIES (faster than my 2019 Dell)! My husband’s 2015 Inspiron is running like a charm (it was a paperweight before Jorge got a hold of it). All now have good malware and better virus protection. Jorge was even able to retrieve all my data from our 2002 Tower and 2006 HP laptop (SATA, so not worth upgrading components). We downloaded all files from our computers and two old external hard drives to one small external hard drive. And even if you know a bit about computers, as my husband and I do, Jorge can still teach you a thing or ten. I chose him based on his other reviews and cannot recommend him highly enough. Fast, knowledgeable, travels to your home, and will let you know if a fix is good or a waste of money! Excellent experience with PC305 aka Arreglo Laptops. Our MaxBook’s screen was broken and PC305 repaired it quickly and efficiently. Diagnosis was handled over the phone with photos and the quote for repair was accurate and reasonable.
